There is an example of multiple section window http://www.mathworks.com/products/3d-animation/demos.html?file=/products/demos/shipping/sl3d/vr_octavia_graphs.html but no explanation how it was performed so far.
what functions should I use in order to split a window to insert graphs and animation?
Thank you.

This is a standard demo that ships with Simulink 3D Animation called vr_octavia_graphs. On the page you mention, it says:
"The 'VR Visualization with Graphs' subsystem contains the 'octavia_graphs' S-Function that provides this functionality."
so this is done through a custom S-function. If you have the software installed and licensed, open the model and look under the mask of the subsystem, double-click on the S-function block and click on edit to see the code.
