Is zero-order hold available as a fill method in the FILLTS function in the Financial Time Series Toolbox?

I would like to apply the zero-order hold method to fill the missing values in my financial time series object. Specifically, I would like to fill in the missing values using the nearest previous value.

This enhancement has been incorporated in Release 14 Service Pack 2 (R14SP2). For previous product releases, there are no workarounds
