how can I extract internal delay from a discrete system when I convert it to continuous with d2c?

No, I mean how can I get 'sysagain' the same with the 'sys'?
sys=tf(1,[1 1],'InputDelay',0.4)
sysd=c2d(sys,0.3)
sysagain=d2c(sysd)
