Why am I able to boot my target with floppy or USB but am not able to network boot with xPC Target 5.3 (R2012b)?

I want to boot my target via Network Boot method. I am able to boot via floppy and USB. When I attempt to boot via Network Boot, the Windows Notification appears in the bottom right corner of the screen saying:

 xPC Target Network Boot Server

 Network boot server is started

However, I do not receive the second notification that should say:

 xPC Target Network Boot Server

 Booting target with MAC XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

This can occur if Windows Firewall is preventing MATLAB from connecting to the target. Disable Windows Firewall completely or change the settings to prevent it from interfering with MATLAB.
