Why does the active area of the Dials and Gauges 1.1.2 (R13) block disappear if click outside the block?

In Dials & Gauges Blockset 1.1.2 (R13), if I first click on the border of a Dials & Gauges block, then click on the active area, then click outside of the block, the active area disappears. I get a white box.

This is a bug in Dials & Gauges Blockset 1.1.2 (R13).

To work around this issue, use Update Diagram (Ctrl+D) in the model Edit menu or double-click on any Dials & Gauges block and click Cancel.
