Why does the GETXPCPCI function in xPC Target 2.7.2 (R14SP2) list my National Instruments PXI 6052E board as an unknown device?

The GETXPCPCI function lists my National Instruments PXI 6052E board as an unknown device. However, the following documentation lists this board as being supported:

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
We have verified that there is a bug in xPC Target 2.7.2 (R14SP2) in the way that the getxpcpci function returns information for the National Instruments PXI 6052E I/O board. This bug does not affect your ability to use the board.
