How can I convert coordinates from a geodetic to a geopotential system in Aerospace Blockset 3.4 (R2009b) or Aerospace Toolbox 2.4 (R2009b) ?

I would like to use the Aerospace Blockset and Aerospace Toolbox for computing atmospheric properties such as pressure, temperature, etc. Atmospheric properties are a function of just one parameter, geopotential altitude.
I would like to know if there are routines that I can use to compute geopotential altitude from geodetic altitude or ECEF coordinates.

The ability to convert coordinates from a geodetic to a geopotential system is not available in Aerospace Blockset 3.4 ( R2009b) or Aerospace Toolbox 2.4 (R2009b).
To work around this issue, use the GEIODEGM96 function or the "EGM96 Geoid" block, which output the geoid height (undulation) which is the difference between height above the geoid and height above the ellipsoid. This can be used in the conversion of geodetic to geopotential altitude.
