Why am I unable to compile generated code for very large matrices in Real-Time Workshop 6.2 (R14SP2)?

For very large matrices (2 to 8 MB of MATLAB code and 20 to 40 MB of C code), certain compilers, such as Visual C 6.0, fail to build the code generated by Real-Time Workshop 6.2 (R14SP2).

This is a Microsoft compiler issue.
To work around this issue, try upgrading your compiler to the current professional version. For example, consider upgrading to .NET Professional.
