Why am I experiencing difficulty using my Data Translation acquisition boards with the Image Acquisition Toolbox?

The Image Acquisition Toolbox crashes whenever I try to acquire multiple streams from either multiple Data Translation boards or a single Data Translation board such as the DT313x family.

This is a problem with the way Data Translation drivers handle hyperthreaded processors. Data Translation is investigating the issue and recommends disabling hyperthreading in the systems BIOS.
