When using Real-Time Windows Target, how can I determine if I have a driver conflict?

I have no C MEX S-functions. However, there appears to be a conflict with another driver on my system.

To find out if you have a driver conflict, you can test the code on another computer.
If the code works on another machine, try to determine what drivers are different on each computer. Then disable the potential offending driver(s) and try the code again. This should help to solve the problem.
