When trying to boot the Target PC using a flashdisk drive (not USB) with Embedded Option, I receive the following error: ERROR: RTTarget-32 DOS Boot Utility 4.21 (c) 1996, 2006 On Time Informatik GmbH loading ... Address 100000h not available.

This error might occur if you have a config.sys file which is blocking out the memory. To workaround the issue, rename the config.sys file to some other name and reboot the Target PC.
If the above workaround does not work, please try the following steps.
1) Open Simulink Real-Time Explorer and uncheck the option "USB Support" in Target Properties -> Target settings.
2) Disable USB ports in the BIOS of the target computer.
3) Create a new boot image and use it to reboot the target computer.
