Why do the inports of my configurable subsystem appear as yellow even when they are used in Simulink 5.0 (R13)?

All of my configurable subsystems in Simulink 5.0 have yellow input ports, irrespective of the block choice. Under MATLAB 6.1 (Simulink 4) the input ports became yellow if they were not specified in the chosen block, but were specified in another block. Is this a known problem?

This bug has been fixed for Release 14 (R14). For previous releases, there are no workarounds.
