Why does the Lookup Table Blocks Type Configuration dialog box open only once in Simulink 6.1 (R14SP1)?

If I open the Lookup Table Block Types Configuration dialog box and then close the dialog box and Lookup Table Editor, I cannot reopen the dialog box. I need to restart MATLAB to bring the dialog box up again. The following are the steps I took:

1. Create a new model.

2. Select Tools -> Lookup Table Editor.

3. Select File -> Configure from the Lookup Table Editor's menubar.

4. Close the configuration dialog box.

5. Close the Lookup Table Editor.

6. Repeat steps 2-4.

Note that the configuration window does not appear. I have to restart MATLAB to open the dialog box.

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

There is a bug in Simulink 6.1(R14SP1) in the way that the Lookup Table Editor handles the Lookup Table Blocks Type Configuration dialog box.

There are no workarounds.
