When I try to open a Model Browser project file saved with Model-Based Calibration (MBC) Toolbox 1.1 (R13) under MBC 2.0 (R13.0.1+), I receive the following error message:
Failed to load project myproject.mat
No appropriate methods for function isvalid.
When using CAGE projects, everything works correctly.

This bug has been fixed for Release 14 (R14). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:
There is a bug in the way that Simulink's Model-Based Calibration (MBC) Toolbox 2.0 (R13.0.1+) handles files saved in MBC 1.1 (R13). Our development staff is investigating this issue.
To work around this issue, please try the following:
1) Load the file in MBC 1.1
2) Create a dummy model under any test plans with no models
3) Save the file
4) Load the file into MBC 2.0
5) Delete the dummy model created
