In a figure if I go to File -> Print Preview and load a Stylesheet, I would like to save the figure in the JPG file format with the formatting specified in the StyleSheet.

The Print Preview window is meant for printing the figure to either a PDF or to a printer. No other file formats are directly supported.
As a work around, you may modify the figure properties and save as a JPG using the command line function:
print
