Why does the Apply button disappear from the dialog for the CoSim block when I configure it as a source block in Link for ModelSim 1.2 (R14SP1)?

I see the following strange behavior in the dialog for the CoSim block:

1. Open modelsimlib

2. Open a new model and drag a CoSim block with inputs and outputs

3. Set atleast one output port sample time

4. Now convert the input port to output port to make it a source

5. Click Apply

Apply button disappears under the mouse

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

We have verified that there is a bug in Link for ModelSim 1.2 (R14SP1) in the way that it handles the dialog behavior for the CoSim block when the Apply button is clicked.

There are currently no known workarounds.
