Why do I receive an error message using a Digital Filter block in Simulink 6.0 (R14)?

The attached model generates the following error message box if it is run in Simulink 6.0 (R14):
%%BEGIN ERROR %%
Error in port widths and dimensions
%% END ERROR %%

This bug has been fixed in Simulink 6.2 (R14SP2).
There are no workarounds if you are using an earlier version of Simulink.
