What type of frame grabber support does MATLAB or the Image Processing Toolbox provide?
I would like to obtain image data from a camera attached to my computer. Can this be done in MATLAB?

As of MATLAB 6.5 (R13.0.1+) MathWorks has released the Image Acquisition Toolbox 1.0.
This product enables users to directly interface their MATLAB based applications with external imaging software.
