Why do I receive an error that relates to actxserver when connecting to FactSet using the Datafeed Toolbox?

I use the FACTSET function to connect to the FactSet data server but I receive the following error:

 Error using actxserver

 Server creation failed. Invalid ProgID 'fdstokengen:fdstokengen'

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 2 (R14SP2). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:

FactSet requires a COM object to be installed in order to connect to the data server. This COM object generates the security tokens needed for the connection.

To install this COM object, download the attached file FDSToken[1].v1002.zip

After downloading the file, unzip it. The installation instructions are included in the zip file.
