How can I deploy an application that accesses the Bloomberg database via the Datafeed Toolbox?

I have compiled a MATLAB application using the MATLAB Compiler that uses the BLOOMBERG function from the Datafeed Toolbox. When I try to deploy this application on a target machine (with the MCR installed and CTF archive available) I receive the following error:

 Error: Cannot find Bloomberg license or API software.

The Bloomberg API (Bloomberg access software) must be installed on the target machine to allow the compiled application to access the datafeed. Please install the Bloomberg software on the target machine.
