Why do I get the error : "DaqToolbox: matlab.exe - Unable to Locate DLL ... The dynamic link library *****.dll could not be found in the specified path" ?

Why do I get the following error when I attempt to run the DAQHWINFO command?

    DaqToolbox: matlab.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

       The dynamic link library *******.dll could not be found in the specified path

This error may be due to an out of date operating system file installed on the machine being used, and therefore may be resolved by installed the latest service pack for the operating system.
