My target PC has a Celeron 750 MHz processor. When I run XPCBENCH, I find that the target PC is slower than a target PC with Pentium II 400MHz processor.

The Celeron 750 MHz processor does not have a secondary cache like most Pentium chips. The secondary cache has a significant impact on the speed and maximum sample rate of xPC Target.
It is recommended to use a processor that has a secondary cache in your target PC.
