This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

This is a bug in Simulink Report Generator 1.3 (R13) in the way that HTML documents are generated for Japanese fonts. Our development staff is investigating this issue.

There are currently no known workarounds.
