Hi,
I want to predict soil organic carbon by using Artificial Neural Network in Matlab environment. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with ANN and Matlab very much but I'm trying to learn them. I have some variables like as land cover, NDVI, NDWI, Slope, Aspect, Elevation (DEM), Soil Texture (Sand, Slit, Clay %) and I convert them to ASCII format. Now I have 3 questions from you:

1- Is it necessary I produce only one input file that include all variables or not I can use all my variable as input file separately?

2- If I must produce one input file how I can produce it in ASCII format?

3- What is the target? Is Soil organic carbon data which I have in 2010 target?
