My current research interests fall into two areas: functional connectivity using EEG-NIRS in epileptic patients and real-time detection of seizure-like activity using NIRS.
My PhD thesis involved the application of functional connectivity techniques in a variety of animal models, using several optical imaging modalities, such as intrinsic signals, laser speckle and photoacoustics.
