Description

HICUT.m takes an input signal (vector) and removes all frequencies that exceed a chosen value.

To find out how the function is implemented, place HICUT.m in your Matlab work folder and type "help hicut."

A typical erroneous attempt to spectrum truncation based on FFT multiplication. Not optimized for long sequences (involves extremely long FFT). Most important bug: transform multiplication leads to circular convolution not linear convolution. NOT recommended!
