Hello, im not very experienced at MATLAB. This code appears simple and comprehensible to me. However there is one little problem here. I tried with several 128x128 lena images but it keeps giving me the following error when i run the main decode file.

Error in ==> sphit_main_decode at 15
    x=x(80:80+127,70:70+127);

Please help me with this.
