Computes weights and nodes for numerically solving spherical volume integrals.

Description

SPHEREQUAD generates quass quadrature nodes and weights for numercially computing volume integrals in spherical coordinates (r,theta,phi). The radius of the sphere can be either finite or infinite, provided that the function to be integrated decays rapidly with increasing radius.
