Progress bar class for MEX functions.

Description	Class CProgBar implements progress bar windows. Very handy for use from within MEX files. Quick too.
MATLAB release	MATLAB 5.2 (R10)
Other requirements	note: object code is unrelated to any MATLAB release. should work ok in Win 95 and above.

09 Nov 2010	Mark T	Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to compile this under 64-bit OS... Would one need an obj file with x64 target?
