Open Nanoscope 5 AFM images

This script can read AFM image data from files stored with Nanoscope 5 software

File Information
Description	This script can read AFM image data directly from files stored with Nanoscope 5 software(download openNANO6.m to read Nanoscope 6 files). This version can only read two channels and assumes that the first channel is the topography image and the second channel the error/vertical deflection or phase image. The data is correctly converted into its corresponding units (micro- or nanometer, Volts or degrees). I strongly advise to verify this for one image with the Nanoscope software. Veeco has changes its file specification slightly in version 6 and this can result in an incorrect conversion. If the conversion for your version of Nanoscope is incorrect, please try try "OpenNano6.m" and please contact me at j.groot@ucl.ac.uk
