File Information
Description	This is a slight modification to file "OpenNano5.m" by Jaco de Groot to enable extraction of AFM images from an earlier version (v.3) of Nanoscope software. Please see Jaco de Groot's original contributions (OpenNano5.m and OpenNano6.m) for more information on the script itself.
