Very nice code. I've used it to implement more advanced Hough algorithms. Certainly worth a look for the aspiring hough-transformer.

Very interesting. The idea of pre-computing all cosine and sines is clever, I personally used a phasor addition in my first implementation. However, I think the rho quantization could be better.

Your code is not working because on line 89 and 90 you use hough3 function. Please, provide this dependency function.

The file requires the Image Processing Toolbox. One function bwlabel is required that is missing from standard Matlab.
