Extend the number of significant figures for axes tick labels.

File Information
Description	The motivation behind this tool is the fact that MATLAB® defaults to five decimal places when creating axes ticklabels. This tool will allow you to choose the number of significant figures to display for a particular axis.

01 May 2008	Dan Quittman	Useful tool with limitations. Once modified, tick mark values do not display properly with graph zoom or pan.
