This example has been developed to add capabilities in ROI analysis: add, delete, change location, translation, etc.
the ROItool.m is a GUI with the different step.
the ROItoolmain contains all the commands in a script so you can run it step by step and use the command in differents release of MATLAB.
The ROImenu allows the same action with a right click on the image. (nota: if you use a MATLAB version before R14, you will need to use immultiply(I( :, :,3),255) instead of I*255 cause of integer support)

I'm working on ROI filtering. I'm using matlab roifilt2. Problem comes with edges of the ROI, since neighbour window will take out-of-ROI pixels. Thus having an awful gradient at the ROI edge. Any solutions. Please reply to [e-mail]
