No help, no H1-line, no check of inputs, parameters are defined by INPUT, no standard RGB images ([X x Y x 3] arrays). The algorithm sums a specific number of replies from IMNOISE('salt & pepper') with an arbitrarily increasing parameter => this does *not* but add noise!
This is neither a good homework nor good to be published on the FEX.
