GCIRCLE Interactively draw a circle similar to gline

Description

GCIRCLE(FIG) draws a circle by clicking the mouse at the center and at some distance away in the figure FIG.

H = GCIRCLE(FIG) Returns the handle to the line.

GCIRCLE with no input arguments draws in the current figure.

24 Jan 2007	Jos x@y.z	Nice utitity. Help is adequate (maybe a "see also" to GLINE could be added). Possible improvements: - Setting the doublebuffer property to 'on' will remove some flicker. - Allowing the user to escape from the function. - Making the figure modal during this drawing
