but the boundary condition of the wave function in the interface of different layer had been consider or not. (fi_a=fi_b and diff_fi_a/ma=diff_fi_b/mb)

Yes, the discontinuity effects had been taken into account.

Thank you very much for you answer.
I just be curious for the case of barrier and well with different effective mass. (like InAs QCL) because the I always using the traditional way like the transfor matrix method or scattering matrix method for the boundary condition. But I didin't find the similar way at your code. And using this to caculate the oscillation strength may different with the reference paper?
