Bits Stuffing

Code provides bit stuffing for given data stream

Description	It provides bit stuffing for flag [0 1 1 1 1 1 1 0] therefore for stuffing a 0 bit is added after every five 0 bits i.e.[0 1 1 1 1 1 0]
