Semi-Automated Outlining

Allows user to draw and modify outline in an image

Description

prg is a semi-automated outlining program on an image. This program enable the user to manually select points on the image to form an outline. The user left click on the image once to make the image active and then left clicks on the
region forming an outline. Once outline is completed the user doubleclicks on the last point and all the points are joined using spline interpolation. User then have a option to left click on any point and drag them to make outline perfect.

Comment: There isn't anything automated about drawing contours yourself using the mouse.

The program does not work as described. It can not find image files located outside its own directory. It throws errors when you try to close the contour, and leaves only 1-2 points.

Errors in use:

??? Undefined command/function 'cscvn'.
