Windows Joystick access

access windows-joysticks from simulink and slow down simulation speed

You are now following this Submission

This s-function outputs 6-axes from the Windows Joystick-driver along with 16 joystick-buttons and can slow down the simulation speed to "real-world-speed", so you can test behavior of models.
Slow-down is accopmlished by "active waiting", so CPU-usage rises to 100%, which is not really a problem, because only unused CPU-time is wasted.
If anyone wants to fix it, go ahead
