I'll state again, that ANYBODY who chooses to review this file should do so on the basis only of its merits as Matlab code. Please do not do so on the basis of religious intolerance.

I took a look at this code. It seems to run, with a few minor flaws. First, there is at least one unterminated line, missing a semicolon. Mlint will find these problems quickly. Use it.

Next, when I tried a simple search, I get some results, but also some warning messages. Clearly this is due to my not understanding how to use this code properly. But it points out that the code could use an extra paragraph or so of explanation on how it should be used. Perhaps the author might include a ReadMe file with an example.

I've rated this as only a 4 because of this lack of instruction. I'll happily raise that rating to a 5 when that is improved.

No offense intended but this is no madrasa. Show me one person who comes to this board to understand koran or bible.

This has nothing to do with intolerance, but I think this forum should not be used for such submissions.

Pretty interesting submission. Johb's right though, you need some documentation to go with this baby.
That being said, I am really impressed at the dedication it must have taken to compile all this (Unlike the rest, I am fairly religous myself). I can see how it would be a great research tool...so I really like the fact that you made it a stand-alone too.

Now, the challange: is there any meaningful way to quantify the differences?

(I'll even use my full name for this sumbission)

Having help (look under the options menu) helps quite a bit to use this. The author suggests in the help that this is only the first "draft", that there will be enhancements. I'll encourage that to happen.
