Description

Based on discussion in the news group, I coded a new solver based on the winning code. It covers ratio and linear multiobjective metrics, forward prediction, early cut of a chain, etc. It is faster (30sec on my PC) and also drives the results down t0 36600. All random stuff have been removed. With this solver, we should be able to get results below 36000 within 3 min.
