it a plan project of designing algorithm and programation of a guide computing the symbolic model pacemaker VI1 of all the cardiac cells with runge kutta:
1)subprogram 1 get 2 parameters a,b
2)subprogram 2 get 2 parameters do,d1
3)subprogram 3 get 2 parameters E,R
4)subprogram 4 get 2 parameters L,C
5)subprogram 5 compute model pacemaker VI1 and display figure
program is not finished to run well.

Part of me wants to give this a higher rating. The author is trying. Sadly, its mainly our patience that he has been trying. What is wrong with this submission?

- Essentially no help. No indication of what it does, what do the parameters mean. That lack makes this authors submissions unusable by anyone else in the world.

- Extensive use of eval, evalin, etc. This is poor programming practice.

- Also extensive use of global variables, for absolutely no good reason. Also poor programming practice.

- Rather than submitting an m-file, the author has again submitted html, complete with non-matlab text in the beginning, containing copyright notices, etc. This makes it more inconvenient to download and use this tool.

- The author states that this uses the bioinformatics toolbox. But I see no calls that actually depend on that toolbox.

- Does it run at all? I'll just repeat the author's own comment: "The program have now problems to run ,i think to keep the attention of users durring summer holliday".

For gods sake, IF you are going to bother to submit something, why not verify that the blasted thing works!!!!!!!

This last reason is the main factor that convinces me not to go easy and give it a rating of 2. Sorry, but this is no more than a waste of network bandwidth.
