Description

Simulation describing the electrophysiological behavior of a biological neuron (nerve cell). Two sets of membrane kinetics are included: Hodgkin-Huxley and Schwarz for unmyelinated and myelinated axons.

Straight forward approach makes for easy use, somewhat easier than Neuron and Genesis.Very well layout in plot GUI allows multiple variables to be graphed, a real plus over Neuron. If inproved on would like to see parabolic bursting added non the less an outstanding project for a freebee.

To increase the speed of numerical calculation, the variable-time-step option is added.

-Improve the GUI for extracellular stimulation by automatically adjusting the coordinates of nodes for calculating the extracellular voltage.
-Change the program structure for future improve (Give me sometime).

-My previous upload was done with V6.5, making it unuseable for V6.0. This uplad is done with V6.0 and also work with V6.5.
-The source won't be able available until I have time to put on all comments.
