Description

This program allows the user to manually draw a Region of Interest (ROI) in an image. All points within the ROI are analyzed to yield mean value, std, min and max value, and median. The output is a structure with the ROI control points and statistical results. The function can also take predefined ROI arrays as input. A demo program is included (ImROIdemo.m)

could be better (and is easy to add) if the mask of the ROI was in the outputs

Based on your work. I got a multiple ROI program (file ID: 4462). Thanks!

It does what it should, but as i have usually rather small matrices, it would be excellent if you could also opt to choose rather a rectangle or a line of pixels.

Very nice, although it's too bad that you can choose only spline.

I'm trying to process ultrasound images and this sounds like what I need. I couldn't open the .tar file though. It kept displaying that the file was corrupted. Anybody have this problem lately?

TAR files:

Assuming your using windows since it's the only OS that doesn't open them.
Use 7-zip. It opens nearly every archive format and it opens tar files.
