M-file for simulating a convolutional encoder

Description

This m-file allows the user to input a source code to be encoded and also input the values of the generator polynomials. It outputs the encoded data bits, where 1/n is the code rate.

Try looking at Gremont,B under author index for Viterbi decoding. Make sure you load MPSK first with Q function. Happy fathers day.
