Extracts ODE from model into stand-alone Matlab callable form

This script takes the xml file from your simBiology project and builds for you a user callable file of ODEs . This can be very useful if you build and maintain an evolving model using the graphical user interface and then want to do script-driven work using the differential equation set. For example, integrate the model under varying conditions etc. that would be difficult to do using the framework.
