The code is partial(SC & CS) copied from BCH&RS decoder written by liu wei. The algorithm is based on the architecture proposed in the paper 'high speed architectures for reed-solomon decoders' by Dilip V. Sarwate.
Note that the RiBM algorithm and architecture are not consistent in the parameter theta(3*t).
I followed the RiBM architecture and wrote the Matlab .m file as posted here. It's a pity that this .m file does not work.
If anyone of you has fixed the code, please email me, so that I can update the code here as soon as possible.
