Plots a set of 3 traces and identifies significant peaks from Sample that exceed corresponding peaks

File Information
Description

Read in data from 3 WIFF files, and identify significant peaks in Sample that exceed corresponding peaks in Blank and No Cofactor. Zoom in on regions of interest and set a peak threshold to view results in a table. Export the data to an Excel worksheet.

MATLAB release MATLAB 7.4 (R2007a)
Other requirements Uses CASECONVERT a ML Central download contributed by Amit Belani. A newer version of SAMPLEALIGN is available in the Bioinformatics Toolbox, but it uses a different signature than SAMPLEALIGN_NR
