Description

This package includes detailed instructions and m-files for setting up a remotely-operated two-syringe perfusion system designed for medium-change (i.e., drug-effect-type) experiments. The programs were originally written to change medium bathing cells atop an MED64 multielectrode array inside an incubator but can be used for other perfusion setups utilizing the same pumps, valve, and valve driver.
